No girl should have to choose between her wellbeing and her education. Yet many displaced girls face period poverty, stigma, untreated mental health challenges, and limited access to sexual and reproductive health information and services. These barriers can push them out of school, limit their choices, and undermine their confidence.

We center menstrual health as a gateway to wider wellbeing, providing menstrual products, menstrual health education, and safe spaces that enable girls and young women to manage their periods confidently. Alongside this, we address mental health needs through peer support and arts for healing, and we equip girls with accurate, rights-based SRH information so they can make informed decisions about their bodies and futures.
